At the end of day 1, it was clear that it was not going to be just a one-day job, but William and Josh stuck to their commitment. William came back the second day and got the job done, and they didn’t charge me extra. This was incredible customer service. Well done, gents!!
It started from the first contact when I inquired about having East Carolina Softwash to stop by for their recommendation to pressure wash our home; they had a technician in my driveway literally 20 minutes later. Wow! Now that’s service. The team was scheduled the following day; arrived on time, properly dressed, professional, and polite. What a professional company! Josh is extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and provides 100% positive customer service. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. I tried to do my own power washing with chemicals; I didn’t come close to getting their results. The house looks shiny and new, roof is crazy clean, brick walkway looks like brick again, the chimney is no longer black, and you can see through the skylights again! It’s hard to spend money on maintenance projects; I was happy to pull out my checkbook for this job. And here’s another bonus: They are all so polite, professional, and on time. I wish every contractor was like this!!
We have had the house pressure washed in the past, and each time it seemed to be in need of cleaning shortly thereafter. This year, we decided to try something different. Called them and Bryant showed up and gave us a great estimate with choices to do this or that. Agreed to the package, and when the guys showed up to do the work, we were even more surprised. On time and did what they agreed to without trying to push anything else. Very thorough. Moved and covered stuff. Washed all the plants before and after. Since they use low pressure wash, basically hooking to your faucet, there was minimal noise. The house looks amazing. Gutters, siding, brick work, and deck all sparking clean. Finished everything in about four hours. Even the windows are clean! So far, we are very pleased. They estimate about 2 to 3 years before it’s needed again, and we do hope so. Truly feel this was a great investment . Thank you.

The technicians, Matt and Chase, did an outstanding job on our house, which had not been cleaned in several years. After two hours, I literally could not find a speck of dirt on it.
